Q. Who are you guys and how long have you been in business?

A. Our company was started by Alicia Kirsch-Santos. Like anything, it starts with one, and in Alicia's case placing one crystal at a time eventually became 10-plus years of strassing fashion pieces such as sunglasses. Finally in the summer of 2013 GlitterFix was born. The website then launched by featuring the first-ever Nike Free Air to have the swoosh "blinged out". We are proud to be the first and original creators! What more can we say, it's our baby!! Since then we've tried to create, innovate, or simply add sparkle and shine. Check out our Christian Louboutin heels for example (we are not the first to do the Louboutin by the way). GlitterFix.com is based in central California and is now operated by Alicia and two close friends, Amanda Soto and Toni-Marie Rushing, along with help from family.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Q. When will you get more sizes in stock?

A. We get shipments in a few times a week. If you do not see the size you need currently or an item says sold out (especially the Nike Free 5.0s), please know that we will continue to restock that shoe as long as Nike keeps making them. We update our website a few times a week. You can follow us on facebook, Instagram, or Twitter as we will announce a few hours before each update is made.

Q. Are colors other than what is on the website available?

A. Currently, we have only what’s on the website, but we hope to be adding more colors soon.

Q. Can shoes be custom made to order?

A.  Yes, contact us at [email protected] with a your idea.

Q. How long will it take to get my shoes?

A. It takes 2-3 weeks for your shoes to be processed.

Q. Why does it take 2-3 weeks to customize my shoes?

A. Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks due to the fact that, one, we are a small business with a very small staff. And, two, each shoe takes a few hours to be made, as setting crystals by hand takes time.

Q. Can I expedite my order?

A.  If you would like your order to be a rush order, please contact us at [email protected] to set it up. Additional fees may apply.

Q. Do the crystals fall off easily?

A. We use the best glue on the market for setting rhinestones. We glue each crystal with lots of love and care. We recommend you wear your shoes with care, but the crystals should stay on very well. We do offer free rhinestone replacement for up to 3 months, though, should any problems arise.
